The project
They had a very basic WordPress site. I reorganized the whole catalog, moved the store to Shopify and set it up to add new brands.
What I did

A reorganized catalog
I recategorized every product and rebuilt the menu so shoppers find their brand and size fast.

I designed a way to browse by brand and by category.

We brought in partnerships with new brands that wanted to sell on the marketplace.
