1. Who provides the service

Olmo is the brand under which Santiago Cardona Ortiz provides advisory services from Medellín, Colombia. Contact: hola@olmo.agency.

2. Services and prices

Prices on this site are in US dollars. Clients in Colombia pay in pesos. I don't charge VAT.

3. Payments

Payment is arranged over WhatsApp. Monthly advisory and projects require 50% upfront. The site has no payment links.

4. Term

The monthly advisory has no minimum term.

5. Confidentiality

What you share about your brand, your numbers and your customers is confidential. I don't share it with third parties or publish it without your written permission. If you need an NDA, I'll sign one.

6. Intellectual property

Work I do for your brand as part of a paid service is yours once payment is complete. I may mention the project in my portfolio unless you ask me not to. My own tools and methods remain mine.

7. Limitation of liability

I work carefully and with data, but sales depend on factors I don't control, such as the market, the product and each team's decisions. I don't guarantee specific numbers. My liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If a disagreement comes up, we first try to resolve it by talking; if that fails, it goes to the courts of Medellín.
