2. What data I collect

This site has no forms. If you message me on WhatsApp or by email, I only use what you tell me to reply and to provide the service.

3. Analytics

I use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Google Analytics uses cookies and does not store your IP address. I don't use this data to identify you or to show you ads.

4. Your rights

Under Colombian law (Ley 1581 de 2012) you can access, update, correct or ask me to delete your personal data at any time. Email hola@olmo.agency and I'll reply within 15 business days.

5. Data retention

I keep your messages and data while we work together and for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes. After that, I delete them.
