What I did

Client intake
I took in every new client: checked the fit, scoped the work, priced it and handed it to the team.

From brief to requirements
I turned client needs into requirements for design and development, and kept scope in check through launch.

A studio that didn't need me
I documented how the studio worked, from first conversation to delivery, so a remote team of 30 could run without depending on me.

Apps and community
We launched apps with Hotmart and FitBudd, and grew a yoga creator's community from 10,000 to more than 300,000 people.
