The plateau
More than 14 client websites, each with a different problem: SEO rankings, speed, mobile loading and security.
What I did
- A site-by-site audit.
- Performance fixes: caching and image recompression. On one site, images went from 223 MB to 75 MB and were converted to WebP.
- Hardened security.
- Moved some sites to Framer and others to a new server.

- Load times cut by 60%.
